Our premium coldwater shrimp are harvested from the icy, crystal-clear waters of Norway, far above the Arctic Circle. These extreme Arctic conditions provide the perfect natural environment for slow growth, resulting in a firm texture, exceptional sweetness, and a deep, clean flavour.

Varanger shrimp

We source both Varanger shrimp from the pristine waters of Varanger in northern Norway, as well as carefully selected seafrozen shrimp processed directly on board to preserve peak freshness and quality.
